We will then confirm the price, take payment, and arrange a day that suits you to collect the waste. Once finished, we will provide you with before and after pictures and a copy of your duty of care.

Labour Allowance is the time we allow for 2 men to clear this size of collection. In the very rare instance it has to take longer (eg. 10 floor flat with a broken lift), your team will notify you before they start and apply a supplement of £18 (£15 + VAT) per extra 15 mins.

Weight allowance is the weight we allow for this size of collection. This is normally easy enough unless more than 20% of your waste is very heavy, dense material like tiles, soil or rubble. If so, your team will notify you before they start and apply a supplement of £12 (£10 + VAT) per extra 50kg.

Prohibited items are Small appliances and Electronic equipment; Asbestos; Biological or Medical waste; Gas bottles or Fire extinguishers; Oil, petrol or diesel; Paint or paint cans (unless empty); Raw meat or raw fish (unless packaged); Solvents or Toxic waste; Tyres; Car batteries; American style fridges, chest freezers, commercial fridges or aircon units; Pianos.
